11th International Conference on Image Processing & Communications will be organized by Institute of Telecommunications, UTP University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz, Poland from 11th to 13th of September 2019.We are delighted to inform that in 2019 IP&C will be joint with the IEICE Information and Communication Technology Forum.
The conference aims to bring together the researches working on fields image processing and telecommunications. This Conference will be an important event and will provide us with a unique opportunity for disseminating the latest advances, applications and future trends in the field image processing and communications.
